Orders and Shipping
To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from varies warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors.
In general, your order will be processed to ship out within 4-10 business days. For Truck Freight/Ground shipments, delivery usually takes between 5 to 14 days from the time your order ships depending on your location from our warehouse.
The white glove assembly deliveries will take approximate 3 to 5 weeks.
For all deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local shipping terminal.

You can change the shipping address on your order by accessing your order via the my account tab. You can also contact us at 626-391-9284 to change the shipping address.

We do not keep any credit card information on file and all credit card transactions are processed utilizing the most secure online encryption available.
Palace Home Furniture has nexus in the State of California, so we will charge Sales Tax of 9.5% on any purchase based on our home zip code of 91748 in Los Angeles County.
Currently, Palace Home Furniture only ships to the contiguous United States (lower 48). We are very savvy in shipping and can assist you with finding methods to get freight to any point in the world. For more information contact us.

How did that happen? At Palace Home, we utilize a multiple step order processing system to eliminate any possible error of this nature. That being said, we are human and even though rare, an error may occur.
Please Contact Us if this happens and we will make it right.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but know that Palace Home will help you make it right. In the rare case that your item(s) unfortunately arrive damaged or defective, replacements are usually offered at no charge. Simply note any damage upon delivery and contact us immediately. Should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our Return Policy.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping information. If we are able to get the proper shipping address corrected prior to shipping, we can avoid any additional change fee’s charged by the freight companies.
